Tim Walker

DIRECTOR

Tim has over 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas, mining and minerals, and infrastructure industries and has worked on some of the largest engineering and construction projects in Australia. 

Tim has held senior commercial management positions with international constructors, producers/operators and engineering companies and has worked in a range of locations including Europe, Central and South-East Asia and Australia.

With qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying and commercial law, Tim has an excellent understanding of the drivers of success at all stages of the project lifecycle.

Tim specialises in front-end project delivery and, in particular, the establishment of robust project contracting and procurement strategies, contract models and tendering and award processes.

Rob Radici

DIRECTOR

Rob has over 27 years’ experience in the domestic and international oil and gas, mining and minerals, and infrastructure sectors.

Rob has qualifications in civil engineering and construction law, and has held senior commercial management positions with international engineering and construction contractors and producers/operators.  He has worked in a range of locations including Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Canada, USA and PNG. 

Rob has been involved in significant international mediation, arbitration and litigation  and has an excellent understanding of how to avoid and manage complex disputes.

Rob is currently a Senior Fellow of Melbourne Law School and lectures in specialised construction and procurement law, where he is recognised as a leader in his field.

Christian Ainslie

DIRECTOR

With over 20 years’ experience, Christian has a proven track record in negotiating large complex construction contracts and delivering solution-focused outcomes to complex commercial and legal challenges.  He has also implemented strategies to ensure that risks are identified and mitigated.

Christian adopts a collaborative, pragmatic and hands-on approach to ensure that relationships are maintained and that negotiations and disputes are resolved in the most efficient way possible.

Christian has provided legal support to some of Australia’s biggest projects including Ichthys, Wheatstone, Gorgon, GLNG and Snowy 2.0.

Christian has extensive experience in corporate governance best practice, being General Counsel and Company Secretary of a large international construction company for nearly a decade. 

Christian has been recognised as a leading Australian in-house construction lawyer by Doyles Guide in 2019‑2022 and featured in the Legal 500 General Counsel Powerlist for 2017‑2021.

Robyn Kilmurray

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - LEGAL

Robyn is a highly experienced projects lawyer with over 20 years legal experience, in both private practice and in-house as a Senior Legal Counsel for Chevron Australia.

Robyn has excellent negotiation, drafting and communication skills and was instrumental in the negotiation of critical contracts for the Gorgon LNG and Wheatstone LNG Projects including major procurement packages, mainland, offshore and international supply bases (encompassing development, construction and subsequent operations) and marine contracts.  Robyn also has extensive experience in joint ventures and commercial property developments (including tenure and leasing).

Robyn has a track record of delivering solution focused outcomes to complex commercial and legal challenges and adopts a collaborative, pragmatic and hands-on approach to her advice.

Melanie Perry

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR - LEGAL

Melanie is a seasoned legal professional with over two decades of experience in corporate, construction and property law.

She has held senior in-house legal roles across both the public and private sectors, providing strategic legal guidance on complex commercial transactions, risk management, and governance frameworks.

Prior to joining our team, Melanie was Head of Legal and Risk at DevelopmentWA, where she led the legal function, overseeing contract negotiation, risk mitigation, corporate governance, and dispute resolution for major land development and infrastructure projects across WA.

She previously served as Senior Legal Counsel at both Coleman Rail (now ACCIONA) and BGC (Australia) Pty Ltd, advising on project delivery and contract management within the construction and civil engineering sectors. Earlier in her career, Melanie was Legal Counsel and Assistant Company Secretary at the Griffin Group of Companies, where she supported legal operations across energy and resources businesses.

Melanie’s combination of legal expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership experience makes her a trusted advisor on high-value, high-risk matters within complex project environments.

Jamie Kavanagh

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Jamie is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ international experience.

He has worked on mining and minerals, infrastructure and offshore oil and gas projects across Western Australia including Barossa, the New Perth Stadium, Perth Museum and Gudai-Darri.

Jamie has spent a significant period of his career on site and has an excellent understanding of the construction challenges encountered in Western Australia.

Jamie specialises in contracts management and administration of both head contracts and subcontracts.

Francis Reilly

Senior Associate

Francis is an accomplished Commercial and Contracts Manager with over 20 years of experience delivering commercial and contractual excellence across major projects in the oil and gas, energy, renewables, mining and infrastructure sectors.

Francis has extensive expertise in contract administration, procurement, tender evaluation and managing high-value contracts from inception through to close-out. His career includes managing commercial delivery for major infrastructure works and energy portfolios, notably leading a landmark RFP process exceeding AUD $900 million.

Francis is highly collaborative and results-driven, ensuring commercially sound outcomes while maintaining strict contract compliance. His comprehensive skillset spans commercial negotiations, variations, claims management, extensions of time, and strategic risk management in fast-paced project environments.

Paul Lewin

SENIOR COMMERCIAL CONSULTANT

Paul is a Senior Commercial Consultant with over 40 years’ international experience in the construction and engineering industry with substantial expertise in all parts of project delivery.

Paul has worked on oil and gas, mechanical process, offshore, marine, infrastructure, civil, commercial and industrial projects including some of the world’s largest projects Gorgon, Ichthys and Wheatstone.

Paul is commercially focused to achieve the best project financial outcome for clients. He has worked in all parts of the project delivery process including expressions of interest, early contractor involvement, tender submissions, contract negotiation, procurement, contract administration, claims management, dispute resolution and systems development.

Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building, Chartered Construction Manager and a Registered Building Practitioner and Contractor.

Peter Sewell

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Peter has over 25 years’ international experience as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked on a number of large resource projects across Western Australia.

A significant portion of this time has been spent on site and Peter has an excellent understanding of issues such as labour productivity and subcontractor availability and costs.

Peter specialises in cost control and contracts administration on major construction projects and he is familiar with all types of contract models.

Randy Dear

SENIOR COMMERCIAL ADVISOR

Randy is a dedicated and versatile professional with a proven track record of navigating challenging environments and achieving positive outcomes in the energy and resources sector.

Randy is an experienced professional with a background in international oil and gas, mining, and major capital projects, Randy brings a wealth of expertise in both offshore and onshore project environments.

Randy is recognised for his strong negotiation abilities, which have been instrumental in successfully resolving complex commercial issues and facilitating commercial settlements.

Romulo Santiago

Senior Commercial Advisor

Romulo is a highly qualified Contracts Manager with over 25 years of international and Australian experience across the mining, mineral resources, oil and gas, infrastructure, utilities, and power sectors.

Romulo has extensive experience managing contracts across their entire lifecycle from pre-award and post-award through to close-out. His career includes commercial delivery on major Tier 1 projects, including Ichthys, Albemarle Kemerton Lithium Plant, and large-scale electrical and instrumentation packages for Rio Tinto, BHP, and the PTA.

Romulo values delivering high-quality, timely results and actively monitors contract performance and risk to achieve optimal financial outcomes. Backed by a strong engineering background, he is highly skilled in contract documentation, stakeholder communication, and analysing both commercial and technical elements to resolve complex project issues.

Romulo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE), providing a unique technical foundation to his commercial expertise.

Nadeem Matloob

PROJECT CONTROLS AND PLANNING ENGINEER

Nadeem is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project control across infrastructure projects in Australia and internationally.

His expertise spans the building, road, and power sectors, with a strong focus on cost control, resource management, and schedule development.

In Nadeem’s previous work as a Planner at UGL, he applied advanced tools such as Synchro and Power BI to support project delivery. Prior to this, he served as a Project Control Engineer at Webuild on the Snowy 2.0 project in New South Wales—one of Australia’s most complex renewable energy developments—where he specialised in CPM scheduling and project performance tracking.

Nadeem’s diverse project background and ability to deliver under pressure make him a valuable contributor to complex and fast-paced project environments.

Asher Buck

CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR

Asher is a Contracts Administrator with 15 years’ experience.

Asher has worked on major projects including BHP’s RGP project and Gorgon.

Asher specialises in the administration of head contracts and subcontracts, subcontract tendering and evaluation, subcontract formation and assists clients to improve internal processes to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and governance best practice.

Brooke McCamey

OFFICE MANAGER

Brooke is a proactive professional with extensive experience in a range of roles from reception through to management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Public Relations.

Her experience encompasses all aspects of administration, scheduling, office management, technical communication, event planning and execution, marketing and volunteer organisation.

Brooke is an organised, reliable hard worker that loves good customer service and takes great pride in doing a job successfully.
